RESOLUTION NO. 158.3
DISTRICT SK-50 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-50
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SK'-50 A seven and one-half foot Concrete Sidewalk on Biscayne
Street, on the South side , from Jefferson Avenue to
Washington Avenue; as said Street and Avenues are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 2, ragefil, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and IsABiscayne
Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates , the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest
during construction, lggal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
asseseed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in ell proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-50, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be dPsip:nated a.s District SK-'5O.
