RESOLUTION NO. 1.5g5
District 8K-49 Sidewalk Improvement SK-49
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1927, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-49 , District SK-49 , and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and
specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach , Miami Beach Police
Station and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach
on the 20th day of April , 1927, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City
Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said. improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, A. D. , 1927.
