RESOLUTION NO. 1594
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That it is desired and requested that the
Legislature of Florida do enact a special law enabling
Dade County, Florida, to issue bonds for the purpose
of constructing and to construct such jetties, seawalls
or bulkheads as it may deem expedient for the preserva-
tion and protection of land bordering upon the Atlantic
Ocean, or any bay or arm of the Atlantic Ocean and
inlets between the Atlantic Ocean and any bay within
said County.
2. That the members of the Legislature from
Dade County, Florida, be requested to introduce and
endeavor to procure the passage of a Bill for the
foregoing purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1927.
