RESOLUTION NO. 1596
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL,
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT GROYNES
AND BULKHEAD S.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That Ed. R. Neff, City Engineer for said City, be and he
is hereby directed and authorized to make application to the
War Department of the United States for a permit to construct
groynes and bulkheads along the Atlantic Ocean front, between
Twenty-first and Thirty-first Streets, in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, and to make such application in the name of
said City or in his own name as representative of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, A. D. , 1927.
