RESOLUTION NO. 1600
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF YIAMi BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the locatton of a portion of Collins Avenue as
shown on 2 plats recorded in Plat Book 25 at Pages 19 and 57
of the Public Records in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Dade County, Florida, has been changed by the owners
of the property effected, and a request has been made that a
portion of said Collins Avenue, as shown on the aforesaid plats,
be vacated in order that the title to the land embraced in the
portion to be vacated may be cleared of the encumbrance of the
dedication so that a building now in process of construction
may be promoted and that it appears advisable that such vacation
may be made.
2. That that portion of Collins Avenue as shown on two
plats recorded in Plat Book 25, at Pages 19 and 57, of the Public
Records in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Dade
County, Florida, covering or extending through any portions of
Lots 1, 3 , 4, 1g and 19, as shown on a plat recorded in Plat
Book 28, at Page 16, of the Public Records in the office of the
aforesaid Clerk of the Circuit Court, and not covering or embrac-
ing any land within Collins Avenue as it is shown on the last
above mentioned plat, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed
and discontinued as a public highway, street or avenue, and the
encumbrance of said portion of Collins Avenue hereby vacated
created by the dedication thereof be and the same is hereby removed.
3. This resolution shall be in effect immediately upon its
passage.
