AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH FLORIDA EXTENDING THE DURATION OF THE
CITY'S EMERGENCY LOITERING AND GUN -CONTROL
ORDINANCES THROUGH MARCH 13, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 Section 7 of Ordinance No. 80-2235 is hereby amended
to read:
SECTION 7 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION. This ordinance
shall take effect immediately and shall con-
tinue in force and effect until Febfeafy 18; 1981.- March 18,
1981.
SECTION 2 Section 9 of Ordinance No. 80-2236 is hereby amended
to read:
SECTION 9 EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION. This ordinance is
enacted as an emergency measure to take effect
immediately, and shall expire en Febf afy 18; 1981.- March 18,
1981.
PASSED and ADOPTED as an emergency measure this 18th day
of February, 1981.
