AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1891, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH AND THE MAPS ATTACHED THERETO BY EXCLUDING
A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND FROM THE RM -125 (MULTIPLE
FAMILY HIGH DENSITY) DISTRICT AND INCLUDING THE
SAME IN THE C-4 (Business) DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following parcels of land:
LOTS 1 through 5, and LOTS 14 through 18,
BLOCK 55, AMENDED PLAT RESUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby excluded from the RM -125 (Multiple
Family High Density) District, and included in the C-4 (Business)
District, as said Districts are defined and set forth in
Ordinance No. 1891.

ATTEST:
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon passage in accordance with law.
