DISTRICT H-95 HIGHAY IYPROVED.ENT H-95
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF :HE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following de!cr,ibediimr.c4Tillienol,
hereby ordered to oe made, the City Council neecy.. ....et, g is
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-95 The following I,Jnes to be paved, and where heretoforepaved, repaved, to a width of thirty feet, with a. Bitu—
minous Wearing Surface on a Lime Rock Base, and improved
on each edge thereof with a concrete curb ,nd gutter,
with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes and catch
basins;
COCONUT LANE: For its entire length;
SOUTH COCONUT LANE: For its entire length.
As said Lanes Ere shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book
No. 6, Page 54, in Plat Book No. 9, PaJ.-,es 109 a.1(1. 16.7*
and in Plat Book No. 13 , Page 79; all of the Po ulc Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specificationsofof said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the in—
spection and superintendence of the work,printing and
tion of plans
and specifications and estimates , the . prinl„,6 publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation ofbonds , interest during
construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and properthe proceedins , d
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abu-Aint property.
This Lliproveinent shall be designated in all proceedings , assessmentsi"
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-95, end. the property
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be desinated as District H-95.
