BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,

That the construction of the following described improvement ement isherebY ordered to be made, the City Council hereby setthg
forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter,
SK-51 A five foot concrete sidewalk on the East side of
Meridian Avenue from Fifth Street to Sixth Street•
as said Avenue and Streets are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book No, 2, Page, gl, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; and as said Avenue
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
and specifications ica, p
plansp tions and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessaryand proper n conducting
p p ucting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.

This Improvement shall be designated in all �roceedin s assess—
ments ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-51, and the property

against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SK5l.
