RESOLUTION NO. 1606
District H-9 Highway Improvement HQ94
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of May, 1927, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as tfighway Improvement H-941 District H-94, and directed the City
Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and
estimates of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police
Station and Fire Station Nuthbet 2,in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach
on the 15th day of June , 1927, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Couno-
cil will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the con-
firmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, A. D. , 1927.
