BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter
of said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held
at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , September ast, 1927, it would hear any
objections of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no
objections having been presented, said improvements, as completed,
be and the same are hereby accepted.
