RESOLUTION NO. 1653
WHEREAS, the Meteor Transport and Trading Company
has applied for a waiver of objections on the part of the
City of Miami Beach to the proposed dredging in front of
their wharf property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that they hereby waive
objections to the proposed dredging in front of their wharf
and adjacent to the Miami Ship Channel, all as indicated
on a drawing designated Sheet 1 of 2, dated January 6th,
1926, said drawing being prepared for the Meteor Transport
and Trading Company to accompany their application for
permit from the War Department for said proposed dredging.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, A. D. ,
1927 .
