RESOLUTION NO. 1655
WHEREAS, Mr. L. Sigman has applied to the Wer
Department for permission to construct a Boat Landing
in Indian Creek, adjacent to Lot 3 , Block 4O of the
Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement
Company, in Miami Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that objections are
hereby waived, on the part of the City, to said proposed
construction in accordance with a drawing designated
Sheet 1 of 1, prepared by Lingler & Beshgetoorian, Archi-
tects, to accompany said permit application, said drawing
being dated July, 1927.
