DISTRICT BH-3 BULKHEAD IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THi CITY COUNCIL OF TIS; CITY OF MIAMI I B7'
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Cherter.
BH-3 FLAMINGO WATERWAY: A Waterway in said City, to be bulk—
heeded on the Westerly line thereof with a Concrete Bulk—
head, together with the necessary Backfill , from a point
which is the intersection of a line eighty—one feet South—
erly of and parallel to the North line of Lot 13, Block 31,
and the said Westerly line of the said Flamingo Waterway,
to a point which is the intersection of a line fifty—four
feet Northerly of end parallel to the South line of Lot 10,
Block 31 , and the said. Westerly line of the said Flamingo
Waterway;
As said Waterway, Lots and Block are shown on a r'lat re—
corded in Plat Book No. 14, Pace 42, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
INDIAN CREEK: A Waterway in said City, to be bulkheaded
on the Westerly line thereof with a. Concrete Bulkhead,
to,ether with the necessary Backfill , from a point which
isthe intersection of a line forty—two feet Southerly
of and parallel to the N rth line of Lot 4, Block 1 , and
the said Westerly line of the said Indian Creek, to a
point which is the intersection of a line thirty feet
Northerly of and parallel to the South line of Lot 5,
Block 1 , and the said Westerly line of the said Indian
Creek;
Also from a point which is the intersection of the North
line of Lot 1 , Block 2, and the said Westerly line of the
said In: ian Creek, to a point which is the intersection
of a line nine feet Southerly of and parallel to the North '
line of Lot 10, Block 2 , and the said Westerly line of
the said Indian Creek;
As said Lots, Block and Creek are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book No. 16, Page 10, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
Also on the Easterly line thereof from a point which is
the intersection of the South line of Lot 21 , produced
Westerly, and the said Easterly line of the said. Indian
Creek, to a point which is the intersection of a line
seventy—three feet Northerly of and parallel to the said
South line of the said Lot 21 , and the said. Easterly line
of the said Indian Creek;
As said Lot end Creek are shown on a Plst recorded in Plast
Book No. 8, Page 61, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
Which Bulkhead and Backfill the City Council hereby deems
to be G. special benefit to all of the following property;

Lots 4 and 5, Block 1; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
d, 9 and 10, Block 2, Beach View Addition as shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 16, Page 10, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots 10, 11,
12 and 13, Block 31, Lake View Subdivision, as shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 14, Page 42, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lot 21, of the
Indian Beach Corp rationts Subdivision, as shown on a
Plat recorded in Plat look No. g, Page 61, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
And the total cost of said Bulkhead Improvement shall be
assessed against the above described property in proportion
to the special benefits derived;
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost et thereof, including an estimate of the
Coat of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in
specttin and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abst*acts, eto. ,and any other
expenses nece8sary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess—
menta and bonds as Bulkhead Improvement BB"3, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District BH-3.
