RESOLUTION NO. 1663
Distriot BH-2 Bulkhead Improvement BH-2
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of October, 1927, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Bulkhead Improvement BH-2, District BH-2, and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans
and specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of inci-
dental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the
City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach
Police Station and Fire Station Number 2, in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of
Miami Beach on the 19th day of October, 1927, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, A. D. , 1927.
