RESOLUTION NO. 1668
District BH-4 Bulkhead Improvement BH-4
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and adopted
on the 5th day of October, 1927, ordered Bulkhead Improvement
BH-4, District BH-4, and the City Engineer under direction of
the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement , and whereas, due notice by publication
as required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council
would on the 19th day of October, 1927 , at the City Hall in said
City, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of
all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement , and no remonstrances having been presented at
the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theCity Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of saidCity Council
ordering said Bulkhead Improvement BH.. District BH-4, be and
the same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council hereby declares
its intention to have said work done by City forces.
