DISTRICT WW-6 RESOLUTION NO. 1670 WHITE WAY APRON T

BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
WW-6 FOURTH STREET, from the East line of Alton Road to the
West line of Washington Avenue; andfrom the East line
of Washington Avenue to the West line of Ocean Drive;
to be improved with a White Way Light system of ornamen-
tal posts and lamps at approximately every one hundred
and fifty feet on each side of said Street; with under-
ground connections for lighting said Street; as said
Street, Road, Avenue and Drive are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book No. 2, Pages 38, and 81; in Plat Book No.7,
Page 48; and in Plat Book No. 26, Page 62; all of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and as said
Washington Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as White Way Improvement WW--6, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District WW-6.
