RESOLUTION NO. 1677
District WW-7 Whiteway Improvement WW -7
WHEREAS, the CityCouncil by resolution passed and adopted
on the 19th day of October, 1927 , ordered Whiteway Improvement WW-7,
District W-7, and the City Engineer under direction of the City
Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost there-
of, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of
said improvement , and whereas 'due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter his been made that the City Council would on the
2nd day of November , 1927, at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00
otciock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement ,
and no remonstrances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Whiteway Improvement WW-7, District WW-7 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November , A. D. , 1927.
