RESOLUTION NO. 1681
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 1927, William
A. Scott , a City Councilman of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, died, and
WHEREAS, the term of office of said William A. Scott
would have expired on the first Wednesday after the third
Tuesday in December, A. D. , 1928.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Mr. C. L. Clements be
and he is hereby elected by the City Council of said City by
vote of the majority of the remaining members of said City
Council to fill the unexpired term of office of said William
A. Scott.
This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, A. D. ,
1927.
