Resolution 1682 RESOLUTION NO. 1682
WHEREAS, John D. Hertz proposes to make application to
the War Department for permission to erect a boat house in
Indian Creek, at a point one and thirty-four hundredths miles
South of the street bridge over Indian Creek, at the Allison
Hospital, Miami Beach, Florida, within the municipal limits
of Miami Beach , Florida, as shown on drawings in ten sheets,
marked:-
"Sketch to accompany permit appli-
cation to construct Boat House at
4901 Collins Ave. , Miami Beach , Fla. ,
for John D. Mertz. November 9, 1927.
Vladimir E. Virrick, Arch1 t. Miami , Fla.
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said John D. Kertz
will not interfere with any plans for work which the said City
Council has in view.
NOV, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, in legal meeting assembled, that said City
Until waives, and it does hereby waive, all objections to the
said proposed construction.
