RESOLUTION NO. 1691
WHEREAS, Arthur K. Hutchins proposes to make application
to the War Department for permission to bulkhead and fill
Indian Creek adjacent to Lot 33 , Indian Beach Corporation
Subdivision, Miami Beach, Florida, as shown on a drawing
marked:
"Application by Arthur K. Hutchins.
Proposed Bulkhead & Fill in Indian
Creek at City of Miami Beach, Fla.
November 15 , 1927" .
and

WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Arthur K.
Hutchins will not interfere with any plans for work which the
said City Council has in view.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, in legal meeting assembled, that said
City Council waives, and it does hereby waive , all objections
to the said proposed bulkheading and fill.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D. , 1927.
