Resolution 1701 RESOLUTION NO . 1701
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
did, on the 30th day of November , A. D. , 1927, pass a Reso-
lution approving certain payments made by C. A. Renshaw,
W. A. Kohlhepp, Jno. C. Knight , J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pan-
lir coast , acting as the Dade County Ocean Front Protective Com-
mission, and the City Council did also approve certain con-
tracts and Acts of C. A. Renshaw, W. A. Kohlhepp, Jno. C.
Knight , J. N. Lummus and T . J. Pancoast , acting as the Dade
County Ocean Front Protective Commission, and
WHEREAS, C. A. Renshaw, W. A. Kohlhepp, Jno. C. Knight ,
J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pancoast , acting as the Dade County
Ocean Front Protective Commission, have presented to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach , a statement showing the
following amounts to be due in carrying on the said ocean
front protection work;
G. 0. Reed, Ind. 14-th Estimate $51,913.08
Claude A. Renshaw Salary 200.00
John G. McKay Salary 290.00
Total $52,363.08
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, that the payments set out hereinafter
be authorized to be made by C. A. Renshaw, W. A. Kohlhepp,
Jno. C. Knight , J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pancoast , acting as
the Dade County Ocean Front Protective Commission, for the
purposes of carrying on the said ocean front protective work
in November and December , 1927, and that such payments when
so made , shall be considered to have been so made with the
full approval and authorization of the City of Miami Beach:

Claude A. Renshaw Salary 200.00
John G. McKay Salary 250.00
Total $52,363.08
