RESOLUTION NO. 1706
DISTRICT SR-111SANITARY SEVER
IMPROVEMENT SR-111
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Thr t the cone truction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SR-111 The laying underground of en 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Senitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes End appurtenances:
At or near the center line of 37th Street from the
West line of Collins Avenue to a point which is two
hundred and thirty feet West of the West line of
Collins Avemue;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete,
Sewer Lateral to the street line of Lot 17, Block
26, es a part of the main improvement;
As said St4eet, Avenue, Lot and Block re dao-In on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5, Pages 7 anS,
of the Public Records of Dade County , Florida; end
as said Street is named and designated In Ordinance
No. 232.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character end size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said.
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estirete of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the pre—
paration of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts ,
etc. , end any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; end the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess—
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Im:Droverent SR—ill , end. the
property against which assessments therefor) :ray be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated es District SR--ill.
