RESOLUTION NO. 1709
District WW-8 Whiteway Improvement WW-8
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of DeceAber , 1927, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Whiteway Improvement WW-8, District WW-8, and directed the
City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estin�to of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses , and the said plans and
specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida , 4C-17,t the City Cre shall cause to be nostecat the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach , Miami Beach Police
Stetion and Fire Station Number 2 , in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a rrieetin of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 11-th day of January, 1928, at 10: 00 of clock A. M. ,
the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons inter-
ested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. , 1927.
