RESOLUTION NO. 1710
District SR,-111 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-111
WHEREAS , theCity Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of December , 1927 , ordered the Sanitary
Sewer Improvement SR-111 , District SR-111 , and theCity Engire r
ender direction of the City Council , has prepared and filed with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the incidentEl expenses of said improvemait , and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter
has been made that the City Council would on the 4th day of
January, 1928, at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement ,
and no remonstrances having been presented et the time and place
aforesaid ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-111 , District Cent;
of
SR-lli , be and the same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council wttl
hereby declares its intention to have said work done by City forces /
