RESOLUTION NO. 1711
District WIN-8 Whiteway Improvement WW-8
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of December , 1927, ordered Whiteway
Improvement WW-S, District WW-8, and the City Engineer , under
direction of the City Council , has prepared and filed with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement ,
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
4th day of January , 1928 , at the City Hall in said City, at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive andhear remonstrances of all in-
terested persons to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement , and no remonstrances having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Whiteway Improvement WW-8 , District WiJ-u,

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, A. D. , 1928.
