RESOLUTION NO. 1713
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
did, on the 30th day of November , A. D. , 1927 , pass a Resolu—
tion approving certain payments made by C. A. Renshaw, W. A.
Kohlhepp, Jno. C. Knight , J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pancoast ,
acting as the Dade County Ocean Front Protective Commission,
and the City Council did also approve certain contracts and
Acts of C. A. Renshaw, W. A. Kohlhepp, Jno. C. Knight , J. N.
Lummus and T. J. Pancoast , acting as the Dade County Ocean
Front Protective Commission, and
WHEREAS , C. A. Renshaw , W. A. Kohlhepp, Jno. C. Knight ,
J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pancoast , acting as the DadeCounty
Ocean Front Protective Commission , have presented to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach , a statement snowing the
following amount to be due in carrying on the said ocean
front protection work;

Estimate $24,495 .48

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
City of Miami Beach, that the payment set out hereinafter be
authorized to be made by C. A. Renshaw, W. A. Kohlhepp, Jno.
C. Knight , J. N. Lummus and T. J. Pancoast , acting as the Dade
County Ocean Front Protective Commission, and that such paymert
when so made , shall be considered to have been so made with the
full approval and authorization of the City of Miami Beach:
