Resolution 1717 wen MON 40.; 1/18/28 K RESOLUTION NO. 1717 DISTRICT SR--112 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-112 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SR-112 The laying underground of an S" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the center of 36th Street from a point at or near the center line of Collins Avenue to a point one hundred and twenty feet West of the West line of the said Collins Avenue; Together with a 6" Concrete, or a 6" Terra Cotta, Sewer Lateral to the street line of Lot 15; and a 6" Concrete, or a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer Lateral to the street line of the West one—half of Lot 10; all of Block 26, as a part of the Main Improvement. As said Street, Avenue, Lots and Block are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5, Pages 7 and 8, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and as said Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. And it is hereby directOd that the material, nature, character and size of said improvement be subsequently determined in conformity with one of such descriptions. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the pre— paration of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, eta, and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the pro— ceedings and work herein protided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-112, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-112, PASSED AND ADOPTED thisl8th day of January , A.D„1925. s. • `res dent o y Council.
