Resolution 1721 RESOLUTION NO. 1721
WHEREAS, Mr. G. C. Wilkinson has applied for a waiver
of objections to the proposed construction of a wharf in
Biscayne Bay,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that they hereby waive
objections to the propo seri construction of a Wharf in Bis-
cayne Bay, adjacent to Lot 11, Block 10, Sunset Lake Sub-
division, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as indicated
on a drawing dated January 12, 1928, said drawing being
prepared for G. C. Wilkinson to accompany his application
for permit from the War Department for said proposed con-
, struction of a Wharf.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January , A. D. ,
1928.
