RESOLUTION NO. 1726
DISTRICT SR-113 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-113
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-113 The laying underground of an S" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of West 47th Street from a point
at or near the center line of Post Avenue to a point
at or near the center line of Prairie Avenue;
Together with a 6" Concrete, or a 6" Terra Cotta, Sewer
Lateral to the street line of Lot 9, Block A,. as a part
of the Main Improvement;
As said Street, Avenues, and Lot are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Rook No. 9, Page 114, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the pre—
paration of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing add
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other ex Tenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount tt be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-113, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated es District SR-113.
