RESOLUTION NO. 1729
District SR-113 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-113
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and adopted
on the 1st day of February , 1925, ordered the Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment SR-113 , District SR-113 , and the City Engineer , under direction
of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
15th day of February, 1925, at the` City Hall in said City, at 10: 00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and
no remonstrances having been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-113 , District SR-113 , be
and the same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council hereby deter-
mines that the said improvement shall be of terra cotta and said
Council hereby declares its intention to have said work done by City
forces without contract.
