RESOLUTION NO. 1731
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-97 & 9g HIGHWAY DISTRICTS H-97 & 98
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter
of said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held
at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , March 7th, 1928 , it would hear any ob-
jections of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no
objections having been presented, said improvements, as com-
pleted, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, A. D. , 1928.
