BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI

BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter
of sa.idCity , that at a meeting of said City Council to be
held at 10: 00 o' clock A. 1,1'. , March 7th , 1928, it would
hear any objections of persons interested in or affected by
the above designated improvement as to the acceptance thereof,
and no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
PR as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
