RESOLUTION NO. 1733
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS
SR-106, 107 and lOS SR-106, 107 and 108
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of
said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , March 7th, 1928, it would hear any objec-
tions of persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no objec-
tions having been presented, said improvements, as completed,
be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7t, day of March, A. D. , 1925.
