BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of
saidCity, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , March 7th: 1925, it would hear any objec-
tions of persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no objec-
tions having been presented, said improvements, as completed,
be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, A. D. , l928.
