A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
x OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
REMONSTRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION
IIOF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-111, 112 & 113 SR-111, 112 & 113
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been completed
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk, on
the above described improvements in accordance with the provisions
of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10:00 A. M. , March 21st,
1928, at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, A. D. , 192g.
