BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to bemade;
under Section 29ofthe City Charter.

SK-53 A five foot Concrete Sidewalk on the West side of
Ocean Drive from the North line of Sixth Street to
the South line of Fourteenth Lane; as said Street
and Drive are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book
No. 2, Page 56; and Plat Book No. 3, Page 11; all
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and
as said Lane is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
