RESOLUTION NO. 1767
District SK-53 Sidewalk Improvement SK-53
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1928, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-53 , District SK-53 , and direc-
ted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans
and specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of inciden-
tal expenses have been filed by.. the City Engineer with the City
Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach
Police Station and Fire Station Number 2, in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at ameeting of the City Council of
Miami Beach on the 16th day of May, 1928, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, A. D. , 1925.
