RESOLUTION NO. 1768
DISTRICT SK-53 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-53
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and adopted
on the 4th day of May, 1928, ordered the Sidewalk Improvement SK-53 ,
District SK-53 , and the City Engineer, under direction of the City
Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and speci-
fications
peci-
fications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate of the cost of incidental expenses of said im-
provement , and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the 16th
day of May, 1928, at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and
no remonstrances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sidewalk Improvement SK-53 , District SK-53 , be and
the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, A. D. , 1928.
