A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
BULKHEAD DISTRICTS BH-2 & 3 BULKHEAD IMPROVEMENTS BH-2 & 3
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been completed
by the City Engineer and filed by him with the City Clerk, on
the above described improvements in accordance with the provisions
of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in accordance with said City Charter that a meeting
of tht- said Cit*, Council will be he4.d at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
June 6th, 1925, at which time all interested persons may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of .ay, A. D. , 1928.
