RESOLUTION NO. _ 1770
DISTRICT SR-116 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-116
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-•1l6 The laying underground or an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the East curb of Indian Creek Drive from
the Center Line of 39th Street to the South Line of
41st Street:
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral, from the Main Sewer to the Street
Line of approximately each forty feet of adjacent
property.
As said Drive and Streets are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book No. 5, at Pages 7 and 8 of the Public
necords of Dade County, Florida; and as said Streets
are named and designated in Ordinance No.232,
And it is hereby directed that the material, nye,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans andspecifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the pre-
paration of plane and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the
g , preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the prose
ceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-116, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SRS-116.
