RESOLUTION NO. 177+
District SK-57 Sidewalk Improvement SK-57
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of May, 1928, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
' nated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-57 , District SK-57, and direc-
ted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimates of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with
the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofrMiami
Beach , Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami
Beach Police Station and Fire Station Number 2 , in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach on the 6th day of June, 1928, at 10: 00 o' clock
A. M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interestedrto the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lath day of May, A. D. , 1928.
