DISTRICT SK-54 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-54
BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIEA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SK-54 A five foot Concrete Sidewalk on the East Side of
Collins Avenue from Thirtieth Street to Forty--
fourth Street, and on the West side of Collins
Avenue from Thirtieth Street to Forty-Third
Street; as said streets and Avenue are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5, at Pages
7 and 8, and Plat Book No. g, Page 61 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and
as said Streets are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expense of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstractsm etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-54, and
the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
SK-54.
