DISTRICT H-99 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-'99
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction ofollowing
described improvement

hereby ordered to made; the CityCuncilhereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H.»99 COLLINS AVENUES From the South Line of 30th Street
to the South Line of 44th Street, to be paved, and
ehereheretofori- paved, to be repaved, to a width
of forty--nine feet, with a Bituminous Wearing
surface on a Rock Base, with necessary drainage,
sewer inlets, manholes , and catch basins, and im-
proved on both sides with a Concrete Curb and
Gutter; as said Streets and Avenue are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Pages 7 and
g, and Plat Book No. g, Page 61.of the Public
Records ofancaiddesiunatedFinrOrdinanceand as NoSaid 2j2Streete
are named g
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing:ndof bonds,
