DISTRICT H..100 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-100
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-100 The following streets to be paved, and where heretofore
paved, repaved, to a width of thirty-nine feet, in the

noted locations, with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on
a Rock Base, with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes, and catch basins; and improved on both sides
with a Concrete Curb and Gutter:
(A) THIRTIETH STREET, -- From the East Line of Indian Creek
Drive to the West Line of Collins Avenue;
(b) THIRTY-FIRST STREET, - FromPthe East Line of Indian Creek
MP Drive to the West Line of Collins Avenue;
(c) THIRTY-SECOND STREET,- From the East Line of Indian Creek
00 Drive to the West Line of Collins Avenue;
( d) THIRTY--THIRD STREET, - From the East Line of Indian Creek
Drive to the West Line of Collins Avenue;
NO (e) THIRTY-FOURTH STREET,-- From the East Line of Indian Creek

PO (f) THIRTY-FIFTH STREET, - From the East Line of Indian Creek

As said Streets Avenue, and Drive are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Pages 7 and S of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Streets are
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232,

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting pro-
perty.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-100, and the property against
which asse-sments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H--200.
