RESOLUTION NO. 1780
DISTRICT H-101 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-101
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
'FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter,
H-101 The following streets to be paved, and where heretofore
paved, repaved, to a width of thirty-nine feet, in the
noted locations, with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on a
Rock Base, with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, man..
holes, and catch basins; and improved on both sides with
a Concrete Curb and Gutter:
(a) THIRTIETH STREET, - From the East Line of Collins Avenue
to a point two hundred seventy-five feet east of the said
East Line of the said Colli,ns Avenue;
(b) THIRTY-FIRST STREET, - From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point two hundred sixty-five feet East of
the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(c) THIRTY-SECOND STREET,- From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point two hundred sixty--five feet East of
the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(d) THIRTY-THIRD STREET, - From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred sixty-five feet East of
the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(e) THIRTY-FOURTH STREET,- From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred seventy-five feet east
of the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(f) THIRTY-FIFTH STREET,- From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred seventy-five feet east of
the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(g) THIRTY-SIXTH STREET,- From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred fifty feet east of the
said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(h) THIRTY-SEVENTH STREET;. From the Mast Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred forty feet East of the
said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(i) THIRTY-EIGHTH STREET, - From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred fifty feet East of the
said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(j ) THIRTY-NINTH STREET, - From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred twenty-five feet East of
the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(k) FORTIETH STREET, - From the East Line of Collins Avenue
to a point one hundred twenty-five feet East of the
said East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
(1) FORTY-FIRST STREET,- From the East Line of Collins
Avenue to a point one hundred seventy-five feet east of
the said East Line of the said Collins Avenue,
(m) FORTY-SECOND STREET,» From the East Line of Collins
wenAvenue to a point one hung sixty-five feet East of
the said East Line of the sa. d Collins Avenue;
(n) FORTY-THIRD STREET,- From the East Line of Collins Avenue
to a point two hundred twenty-five feet East of the said
East Line of the said Collins Avenue;
°As said Streets and Avenue are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book No. 5 at Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Streets are named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of nmtices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-101, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-101.
