RESOLUTION NO. 1798
DISTRICT SR-116 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-116
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution -sassed and adopted on
the 16th day of May, 1928, ordered the Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-116, District SR-116, and the City Engineer, under direction of
the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
6th day of June, 1925, at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no
remonstrances having been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-116, District SR-116, be
and the same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council hereby deter-
mines that the said improvement shall be of terra cotta and said
City Council hereby declares its intention to have said work done
by City forces without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, A. D. , 1925.
