District H-31 Highway Improvement H-31
Vhereas, on the 7'61 day of ijarch , 1923, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Highwaz Improvement HH-31-31 District and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such
improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and
estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resoled by the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie's Casino and the U. S. Post
Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami Beach, to '(..e held at the City Hall in the City
of Miami Beach on the day of , 1923, at
o'clock the City Council mill hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of , A. D., 1923.
