AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-73 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
BY ADOPTING ALL AMENDMENTS TO METROPOLITAN
DADE COUNTY MINIMUM STANDARDS FIRE PREVENTION
AND SAFETY CODE , AS ADOPTED BY METROPOLITAN
DADE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS UP TO AND INCLUDING
APRIL 2, 1974 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 14-73 of the Code of the City of Miami
Beach reading as follows :
"The Metropolitan Dade County Minimum Standards
Fire Prevention and Safety Code, adopted by the
county board of commissioners on July 27, 1966 ,
three copies of which are on file in the office
of the city clerk, is hereby incorporated herein
by reference, and is hereby adopted as the Fire
Prevention and Safety Code of the city. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"The Metropolitan Dade County Minimum Standards
Fire Prevention and Safety Code, adopted by the
county board of commissioners as amended up to
and including April 2 , 1974 , three copies of
which are on file in the office of the city clerk,
is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention and
Safety Code of the city. "
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage.

in said City on the 17th day of March 1975,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
