Ordinance 75-2036 ORDINANCE NO. 75-2036
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-1 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH SO AS TO
PROVIDE THAT ALL REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
CITY COUNCIL SHALL BE HELD COMMENCING AT
9 : 30 A. M. ON THE FIRST AND THIRD
WEDNESDAYS OF EVERY MONTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-1 of the Code of the City of Miami
Beach reading as follows :
"All regular meetings of the city council
will be held at 10 : 00 A. M. on the first
and third Wednesdays of each and every
month. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"All regular meetings of the city council
will be held at 9 : 30 A. M. on the first
and third Wednesdays of each and every
month. "
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into effect ten (10) days
after its enactment.

and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
